Hospodaření obcí Dolní Lutyně, Horní Suchá a Těrlicko

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení hospodaření obcí Dolní Lutyně, Horní Suchá a Těrlicko v letech 2006-2010 pomocí metody komparace. Hodnocení je provedeno zejména ve vybraných oblastech výdajů, kterými jsou výdaje na dopravu, vzdělávání, kulturu, tělovýchovu a ochranu životního prostředí.V teoretické části je popsána problematika fungování a hospodaření obcí v České republice. V praktické části je provedena analýza hospodaření jednotlivých obcí a následně je provedena komparace příjmů a výdajů obcí.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economy of municipalities Dolní Lutyně, Horní Suchá and Těrlicko in the years 2006 to 2010 using the method of comparison. Evaluation is carried out especially in selected areas of expenditure which is expenditure for transportation, education, culture, physical education and protection of environment. The theoretical part describes the problems of management and functioning of municipalities in the Czech Republic. In the practical part there is an analysis of performance of individual municipalities and then the comparison of income and expenditure of municipalities is made.
