Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis was to create complete documentation of the draft business plan for the establishment of Chata Severka s.r.o., whose business is accommodation services. The theoretical part describes the basic principles for developing a business plan, its structure and the planning process. In the practical part, threats and opportunities were determined using analysis of the internal and external environment. A marketing plan and its resources were developed, which supported the fulfillment of strategic goals. Using the financial plan, the costs and cash flow analysis were determined, proving the viability of this business plan. In the very conclusion, business risks were evaluated and all measures to mitigate them were determined.
