Analýza zdrojů financování reálné investice

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza zdrojů financování vybrané investice. Analýza je provedena metodou současné hodnoty výdajů a je aplikována na tři varianty financování. Jedná se o financování kombinací vlastních zdrojů a investičního úvěru, financování leasingem s 30% akontací a leasingem se 40% akontací. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány interní a externí zdroje financování a popsány metody, kterými lze hodnotit jejich efektivnost. V praktické části je provedena analýza a zjištěna současná hodnota výdajů jednotlivých variant financování.

Purpose of this bachelor work is the resource analysis of financing a real project. The analysis is caried out by present value of expenses method and is implemented into three variations of financing. These are financing by combination of own resources and investment credit, financing by leasing with 30% advance payment and financing by leasing with 40% advance payment. Describing of internal and external resources of financing and methods which are used for evaluation of their effectivity are in theoretical part. Analysis is done and present value of expenses of the variation of financing is found out in practical part.
