Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of OSH in the enterprise engaged in the processing of meat, which are evaluated occupational hazards that occur in the meat industry. The selected firm is engaged in addition to processing expedition also pork. The first section provides an analysis of occupational accidents in the company for the year 2016. In other parts of the OSH issues addressed at individual workplaces operation in which they can create dangerous situations that lead to injury. Therefore they have been identified, analyzed and assessed risks of working at selected plants and proposed measures to eliminate them, or to eliminate at tolerable limits.
