Zhodnotenie finančnej výkonnosti stavebnej spoločnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial performance of a selected company using ratios and selected prediction models. In the first part of the work, the theoretical part related to the issue of financial analysis was clarified. The second part contains the characteristics of the selected construction company and prepared summary analyzes from the reports for the period since 2014 to 2018. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge was applied using the analyzes of the company from the second part. Subsequently, an overall evaluation of performance and comparison with the competition on the market was performed. According to the results of indicators and models, suggestions and measures could be made to improve the situation.
