Abstract
This thesis deals with programming of software for the evaluation of continuous measurement of blood sugar. The data were measured with device MiniMed. These data were obtained 14 patients. The work includes data import and programming GUI (Graphical User Interface) in MATLAB. The aim is to draw two graphs which are different in the method of calculating the areas under the curve. Graphs show the concentration of glucose in blood which depends on the time. Glucose is changing according to income food and physical activity. The graph shows an hour, when the patient is eating and digesting. The software calculates the maximum value, minimum value, mean and median.
