Abstract
This thesis is focused on application in the service area. It consist of two parts. At first it is explained outsourcing and logistic in theory. Then in practise is this issues solved in AMBRA – Group, s.r.o., which is outsourcing provider. There are described individual steps of outsourcing, the reserves procedure and optimal level of selected item are identified. The thesis rates total benefits for the customer company.
