Územní studie zástavby rodinnými domy v obci Čestice

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh řešení zástavby rodinnými domy v lokalitě vymezené pro zástavbu v obci Čestice. Jedná se o lokalitu v blízkosti středu obce severně od silnice I. třídy. Nejprve byl zjištěn stávající stav území, jeho urbanistické a technické podmínky a na základě toho byly navrženy dvě varianty řešení. Tato územní studie obsahuje urbanistický návrh obou variant. Pro vybranou variantu bylo dále zpracováno podrobnější řešení technické a dopravní infrastruktury, vizualizace a celková kalkulace nákladů.

The aim of this thesis is to design solutions building single-family houses in the area designated for land coverage in Čestice municipality. It is a location near the center of the village north of the main roads . It was first detected the current state of the territory, its urban and technical conditions and on this basis, the proposed two alternatives. This land includes urban design study both. For the selected variant was further elaborated detailed technical solutions and infrastructure, visualization and calculation of total costs.
