Potenciál českých startupů na Asijských trzích

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of expansion of Czech start-ups and to identify opportunities and barriers that Asian markets offer to Czech start-ups. The whole work is designed by using methods of analysis. The author proceeds from the theoretical definition of start-ups, through the validation of the company and the strategy of entering foreign markets, to the specific opportunities and barriers that come from selected Asian markets. The methods used include the method of comparison, where the author compares opportunities and barriers in Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea using the PESTLE method. As it turned out, the selected regions really offer great potential, which is accessible to Czech start-ups.
