Abstract

The target of assigned bachelor's work has been civil engineering project for family house. The civil engineering project consists of two parts:

a) civil building part

In this part I work out study of object in the scale 1 : 100 at first, which I later worked in details into floor projection, cross section and views in the scale 1 : 50. In the technical documentation there I described civil engineering solutions of each construction. Further I evaluated outside wall civil construction from the point of view of thermal technic. The location of object on the plot is evident from prepared situation plan in the scale 1 : 200.

b) engineering part

This part of bachelor's work contains technological process for production of outside construction and itemized budget for outside construction. The guides for erection organization are proposed for outside construction. The building site accessories are proceeded graphically into the enclosed plot situation.
