Ochrana spotřebitele v ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou ochrany spotřebitele v České republice. V teoretické části jsou popsány oblasti dané problematiky. Výklad vychází ze zákona o ochraně spotřebitele. V praktické části je na případových studiích prezentováno porušení práv spotřebitele. Je zde nastíněn způsob možné obrany vycházející z platné právní úpravy. Závěr práce patří zhodnocení situace v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele a také je v něm uvedeno několik doporučení pro spotřebitele.

The bachelor work is delt with question of the consumer protection in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical section fundamental area sof consumer protection are desribed. The interpretation comes from the customer protection law. In the practical section on case studies presented in violation of the rights of consumers. There is a method outlined possible defense based on current legislation. The conclusion is an assessment of the situation in the field of consumer protection, and it indicates the number of recommendations for consumers.
