Možnosti využití hutních odpadů pro účely vsázky do vysoké pece

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na využití hutních odpadů pro účely vsázky do vysoké pece. Nejprve jsou definovány základní metalurgické odpady, které vznikají v rámci hutního podniku. Poté odpady, které jsou vhodné jako vsázka do vysoké pece, jako např. vysokopecní a ocelárenská struska, okuje, kovový vysokopecní šrot a ocelárenský šrot a šrot z válcoven, prach a kal. Převážná část odpadů je v podobě kalů velmi jemné granulometrie. Jejich využití v rámci podniku je možné až po odstranění uvedených nečistot a jejich zkusovění. S postupně se měnícími technologiemi metalurgických podniků dochází ke změnám jak v množství, tak ve struktuře odpadů. Je provedeno srovnání využití hutních odpadů v zahraničí a v České republice.

This work is focused on the usage of metallurgical waste as an input material to the blast furnance. Firstly there is defined the basic metallurgical waste formed during metalurgical process. Then the other ones, which are well-used as an input material to the blast furnance, such as blast-furnance slag and steel sheet slag, scale, various kinds of dust and sludge. The major parts of the industrial waste is in form of very fine-sized elements of sludge. The waste can be used after the elimination of impurities from the wastes and their solidification making parts. There has been changed some atributes in waste such as the amount and the structure of waste during increasing and modernising the technologies. The comparisons of using wastes in ČR and in abroad has been made too.
