Abstract

This thesis deals with investment decisions, which serve to establish the optimal investment decisions in the enterprise. In theoretical part deals with the basics of investment decisions and subsequently characterized by methods that can be used in this area. Effective tool to describe and then I use in my work, is the creation techno-economic studies. The practical part is solved by technical-economic study realized an increase in services in specific conditions of SLAOS spol. s.r.o. The basic indicators used in technical-economic study carried out increasing the volume of services in society SLAOS spol. s.r.o. include payback and return on investment.
