Mapová aplikace pro odbor sociální Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vytvoření nástroje pro automatické slučování dat generovaných z OKsystem za účelem střednědobého plánování sociálních služeb v Moravskoslezském kraji. Následně díky tomuto nástroji vytvořit návrhy vizualizačních mapových projektů v programu ArcGIS. Na základě těchto návrhů poté vytvořit webovou mapovou aplikaci na úrovních internet a intranet. Teoretická část seznamuje s problematikou sociálních služeb a s pomocí v hmotné nouzi, hodnotí aktuální stav z hlediska systému OK/služby a OK/nouze a porovnává zpracování sociální tématiky na mapových službách krajů České republiky. Dále popisuje metody kartografické vizualizace a základní pojmy této práce. Praktická část se soustředí na funkcionalitu a metodiku nástrojů OKTable a Import a popisuje tvorbu webové mapové aplikace.

The aim of this thesis is to create a tool enabling the automatic mergence of data generated from OKsystem to medium-term plan of social services in Moravian-Silesian Region. Then thanks to this tool we will make the proposition of visualization map projects using the programme ArcGIS. Based on these propositions the web mapping application at the internet and intranet level will be created. The theoretical part introduces the question of the social services and the support in a material need, evaluates the current state in light of the system OK/sluzby and OK/nouze and compare the processing of the social theme in the map services of Czech regions. Further it describes methods of cartographic visualization and the basic notions. The practical part is focused on functionality and methodology of the OKTable and Import tools and describes the creation of the web mapping application.
