The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional house with a single-skin, flat roof, with three above-ground floors. Part of this work is also a static calculation of a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structure, thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures and the energy label of the building envelope.
