Abstract

The Diploma thesis is focused on valuation of the company operating in the food industry. The thesis is divided into five parts, including the introduction and conclusion. The second Chapter then defines the theoretical and methodological basis of the company valuation. The third chapter focuses on the strategic analysis of the company, including the financial analysis of the company. The fourth chapter focuses on the application of the selected valuation methods and a summary of their results, including their comparison.
