Problematika společenství vlastníků jednotek

Abstract

This thesis presents questions of unit owners community according to current legislation of the Czech republic. This thesis is divided into three parts. First part deals with formation of unit owners community and activities which are linked up with it. For example vote of statutory body, release and acceptance of standing rules, accounting. Privileges and duties are described in second part of thesis. Activities of statutory body which relate with operation and safety of technical appliance including economy with owner´s contributions for building servicing are described in third part.
