Návrh technických prostředků a operačních postupů pro hašení lesních požárů při nedostatku hasební látky v období velkého sucha v krajině

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem současné koncepce, vybavení technickými prostředky a nastavenými operačními postupy pro události požárů lesních porostů za nedostatku hasební látky v době velkého sucha v krajině. V první části jsou popsány postupy hašení, vybavení technickými prostředky a mobilní požární technikou pro hašení lesních požárů v České republice a vybraných státech jižní Evropy (Řecko, Slovinsko, Španělsko). V další části je provedeno porovnání těchto postupů a vybavení. V posledním segmentu je provedena koncepce na pořízení mobilní požární techniky pro hašení lesních požárů a návrh preventivních činností vedoucích ke včasnému zpozorování požáru a zjednodušení hasebního zásahu na území České republiky.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current concept, equipment of technical means and set operating procedures for forest fires in the event of a lack of extinguishing agent during a period of great drought in landscape. The first part describes the procedures of extinguishing, equipment of technical means and mobile firefighting equipment for extinguishing forest fires in the Czech Republic and selected countries of southern Europe (Greece, Slovenia, Spain). The next section compares these procedures and equipment. In the last segment, a concept for the acquisition of mobile firefighting equipment for forest firefighting and a proposal for preventive activities leading to early fire detection and simplification of firefighting in the Czech Republic are implemented.
