Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the activity and management of the funded organization in the area of regional education and then propose possible recommendations to improve its financial situation in the future. The Primary school and nursery school Palkovice, Frýdek-Místek region, funded organization was selected for this purpose. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the principles of funded organization management and on the administration and financing of regional education. Practical part analyzes the management of selected school in years 2011 – 2015. Then results are compared over the whole period and evaluated. Last part of this thesis presents proposals for improving financial situation of the evaluated school.
