Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis was to perform a financial analysis of the selected company and then, as part of the economic analysis, develop a comparison of the selected company with the competition and the industry. Several analyzes and methods were selected for the preparation of the financial analysis, thanks to which several weaknesses and strengths were revealed. Furthermore, economic added value was processed for the selected company. The second part of the practical part focused on comparing the company with the competition and the industry. Based on the processed practical part, modifications were proposed to improve the financial situation.
