The aim of my bachelor thesis was to develop an OSH handbook of Basic Responsibilities of a Senior Executive in OSH, for the company RETEC – czech Ltd., dealing with production of electrical switchboards. Thesis is focused on elaboration of basic OSH requirements in the range of current law regulations, valid for Czech Republic. The first part of thesis deals with theoretical analysis of valid legislation. Second part contains the resume of available OSH handbooks in Czech Republic and the last part is dedicated to the design and creation of OSH handbook used by company itself.
