Finanční porovnání variant základové konstrukce bytového domu v Berouně

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is financial comparison of two variants of construction of the foundations for an apartment house building. In the first variant, the foundations of blocks of lost formwork are considered. The second option is considered to be based on plain concrete passes. The content of the bachelor thesis is the text part of the project documentation (accompanying and summary technical report), the drawing part of the project documentation, description of the two variants of the foundation structure, from blocks of lost formwork, the budget for both construction options and the safety plan for the solved technological phase, elaboration of the design of the apartment house and the technological part.
