Recyklace odpadů s obsahem Fe ve vysokopecním procesu

Abstract

Thesis consists from four parts. First part describes production of sinter and pig iron, where waste materials are produced. Waste materials with Fe content are specified and it is mentioned in which part blast furnace process they can be used. It describes the generation of waste materials, handling with them and next necessary steps for their implementation in process. Second part of this thesis describes process and utilization of waste materials and for which purpose in sinter and blast furnace production in company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. they are used. Third part is economical analyse. This part mentions utilization of choosed waste materials directly in company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s and if they have positive or negative impact. The last part of thesis is about benefit of waste materials recycling in blast furnace process in company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. from technological and economical point of view.
