Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis named „Detached House in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm“ resolves designing of a building for living of a 4 members family in the suburb of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, called Hážovice. The design is based on the solar orientation because of decreasing of building’s energetic consumption. Building is located in the Protected Landscape Area Beskydy and that is why the design is focused on usage of natural materials and sensitive placing of the building into the surrounding nature and traditional local architecture.
