Abstract

The content of this thesis is an analysis of municipal economy and evaluation education costs to one student / child in the village of Horni Sucha during observed period 2008 - 2012. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The first theoretical part describes legal status, scope and principles of financial management of municipalities in the CR and the principles of financing education in the ČR. Another chapter analysis of municipal economy. It deals with community budgets during observed period divided into current and capital budget and focuses on the development costs in terms of the sectoral classification. In the next chapter, the individual costs calculated at 1 student / child and subsequently made their appreciation of the school with the language of instruction and a school with teaching language other than Czech, Polish in this case.
