Rekonstrukce kondenzátní linky na provoze vodního hospodářství v DEZA a.s

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá plánovanou rekonstrukcí kondenzátní linky chemické úpravny vody v Deza a.s. V první části je představen stručný popis společnosti a jejího vodního hospodářství. Podrobněji je pak popsána chemická úpravna vody v podniku, konkrétně technologické procesy úpravy surové vody a výroba vody demineralizované a mixbedové. Rovněž je popsán stávající systém úpravy kondenzátu a návrh úpravy nové technologie. V praktické části byl testován iontoměnič pracující ve vodíkovém cyklu. Dále byla popsána analytická stanovení použitá při pokusech. V závěru práce jsou pak uvedeny výsledky experimentu a provedeno jejich vyhodnocení.

The thesis is focused on a planned reconstruction of a condensate line at Deza a.s. chemical water treatment plant. In the first part of the thesis, a short description of Deza a.s. company and its water management is introduced. Further, the chemical water treatment plant is described in detail. Specifically, a technological process of raw water treatment and production of both demineralized and mixbed water are presented. An existing system of condensate treatment is described and new technology treatment is proposed. In the next section, an ion exchanger working in a hydrogen cycle is tested. Analytical determinations used in tests are reported. Finally, the results of the experiment and their evaluation are presented.
