Abstract

This thesis deals was written on Analysis of Employee Reward System in Conditions of the Foundeik, s.r.o. Company. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the concepts and clarify issues relating to remuneration. The practical part is focused on the analysis of economic indicators, a description of the reward system at FOUNDEIK, s.r.o. Company and the questionnaire. Finally, we evaluated the findings and suggested recommendations
