Abstract

This thesis analyzes the shopping environment in electronics stores and aims to analyze the shopping atmosphere for the three largest companies in the Czech Republic which are Datart International, Electro World and Okay appliances. The work contains the characteristics of the consumer electronics market, approaching the issue of shopping environment and is engaged in performing the analysis of shopping environment using the methods of mystery shopping, mystery calling and mailing mystery. Work resulted in recommendations for individual stores with appliances.
