Strategická analýza výrobní společnosti v elektrotechnickém průmyslu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the manufacturing company of the electrotechnical industry. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical and methodological basis of strategic analysis as basic concepts – vision, mission, goals. Subsequently described the process of strategic management and the main methods of strategic analysis. The main goal of the work is to determine the current situation and position of the manufacturing company in the electrotechnical industry through the methods of strategic analysis and then to suggest recommendations that would lead to the improvement of the situation within the strategy. In the practical part is first described the characteristics of the company and then were used methods of strategic analysis. The diploma thesis uses the PESTLE method, Porter's analysis, financial analysis, VRIO analysis, McKinsey's 7S analysis and SWOT analysis.
