Abstract
The purpose of the diploma thesis is to describe theoretical aspects of financial analysis, characterize the company ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o. and appropriate application of the indicators of financial analysis for this company. Assessment of the financial situation of the company was done through appropriate analyzes, such as horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement followed by analysis of financial ratios and analysis of system parameters. At the end of the diploma thesis are contained results concerning the financial situation of the company ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o.
