Abstract

This thesis aims to address the construction of the Moravian Silesian House of Arts and Culture and design of public spaces on Dr. Edvard Benes in the city center of Ostrava. The proposal is based on historical research of the area associated with the former German house. Design of buildings has the character of musical and dramatic university laboratory and used extensively by the schema_dspacedb. Object include musical theater – a hall for music and musical creation with the backgrounds, educational, administrative, operational, accommodation and technical support.
