Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the study of the properties and possible use of raw mate-rials and products from the Vidnava kaolin deposit. The first part is devoted to research on the topic of kaolin, and the characterisation of the Vidnava kaolin deposit. The second part is about sorting and magnetic separation. The experimental part will focus on studying the pro-perties of raw materials from the deposit using sieve analysis and high-intensity magnetic separation, followed by chemical analysis. The aim of the experimental part is a comprehen-sive evaluation of the raw materials and the proposal of suitable processing and utilization.
