Abstract

THE DESIGN OF GALLERY COMMUNICATION STRATEGY The aim of this thesis is to find out how do people know the Kysucká gallery and find out, which communication facilities do they prefer. Then on the basis of exploration result will be suggested adequate communication strategy. At the beginning of work Kysucká gallery is presented and also its activity. In the next chapter is characterized marketing communication by use of literature. In the practical part is presented methodology of the marketing research and analysis of the obtained results. On the basis of research results is in the final chapter described scheme of the communication strategy of gallery. Component of this chapter are also additional recommendations, which should contribute for improvement of communication of Kysucká gallery.
