Zhodnocení motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Téma této bakalářské práce je Zhodnocení motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je zjistit současný stav v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců firmy, zanalyzovat její stimulační prostředky, atmosféru pracovního prostředí, vztahy mezi zaměstnanci navzájem a rovněž mezi zaměstnanci a jejich nadřízenými. Dále také budou navrhnuty doporučení, jenž by mohla přispět k lepšímu motivačnímu systému. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako motivace, motiv, stimul a také vybrané motivační teorie. Pro sběr informací bude vytvořen dotazník, který jako metoda sociologického výzkumu, umožňuje získat velké množství informací a zároveň zachovat anonymitu respondentů. Z vyhodnocených výsledků pak vyplynuly tyto závěry. Mezi silné stránky organizace se řadí například dobrá atmosféra na pracovišti nebo nabídka benefitů. Slabé stránky jsou poté malá možnost ovlivnit výši platu, špatná komunikace s nadřízeným a velký tlak na zaměstnance. Autor práce navrhl několik doporučení, mezi nimi školení pro vedoucí pracovníky, úprava smluvních podmínek, či organizaci teambuildingu.Autor práce se domnívá, že cíl bakalářské práce byl splněn, a že právě výsledky výzkumu by mohly přispět k vyšší motivaci zaměstnanců organizace.

The theme of this bachelor work is Employee Motivation in the chosen organization. The organization is a medium size construction company. The aim is to determine the current condition of employee motivation in the company, analyze its stimulus resources, workplace atmosphere, staff relations to each other and between employees and their superiors. There will be also suggestions that could contribute to a better motivational system. In the first part there are explained basic terms like motivation, stimulation or some motivation theories. For the collecting of information will be created a questionnaire, that as a method of sociological research, provides a large amount of information while the respondents are anonymous. From the results followed these conclusions. The strengths include the fact that the organization's employees are satisfied with the friendly atmosphere. The weaknesses are a bad communication between employees and their management, little opportunity to influence a salary and enormous pressure on employees. The author recommended to raise variable part of salaries, workshops for management or to organize a teambuilding.The author of this work thinks that the aim of the bachelor work was fulfilled and that the results of research could help to higher employee motivation in chosen organization.
