Analýza motivačního programu vybrané organizace

Abstract

The main aim of the thesis "Analysis of Motivation Program of a Selected Organization" is, based on an analysis of the current motivation program with a focus on providing employees with the Siemens s.r.o firm benefits, Branch Electric Mohelnice, to determine whether the employees are satisfied with the company's motivation programme and its constituent parts and to what extent its objectives are met. These facts will be examined through a questionnaire survey and my own solutions will be proposed based on the results that will lead to the improvement of the motivation programme and its efficiency and to greater employee satisfaction.
