Přezkoumání hospodaření vybraných územních samosprávných celků

Abstract

Cílem práce je zhodnotit přezkoumání hospodaření vybraných obcí a provést analýzu četnosti chyb v jednotlivých předmětech přezkoumání a navrhnout možná opatření k zamezení jejich výskytu nebo ke snížení jejich počtu. V teoretické části jsou popsány obce a přezkoumání jejich hospodaření podle jednotlivých předmětů. V praktické části jsou vybrány čtyři obce a následně je provedena analýza přezkoumání jejich hospodaření se zmíněním nalezených chyb. V další části jsou analyzovány chyby všech obcí ve vybraném kraji dle jednotlivých kategorií.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate performance review of the selected municipalities and to analyze the number of errors in the individual subjects of the review and propose possible measures to prevent their occurrence or to reduce their number. In the theoretical part are described municipalities and their performance review by the individual subjects. In the practical part are selected four municipalities and is analysed review of their performance with mentioning of the errors found. In the next part, the errors of all municipalities in the selected region are analyzed according to individual categories.
