Abstract
Subject of the bachelor thesis is elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the Apartement Building. Groundwork for this project was the architectural and urban study from subject "Ateliérová tvorba III" (on fakulty of Architecture BUT) and project documentation for the building permit from subject "Ateliérová tvorba Va".
Concept of this project was enclosure of the housing estate located by Svážná street, creation of new parking spaces for residents of Nový Lískovec and development of new housing units.
