Abstract

Task of this bachelor work is a copy of the detailed construction of a multifunctional building in Opava. It is a five-storey building, where two floors are designated as commercial space and the remaining three floors contain residential units. Project documentation is based on a study of the building structure based on the study of urban square in the Horní náměstí in Opava. Text and drawings of them in accordance with Decree No 499/2006 on the implementation of the building.
