Hodnocení efektivnosti investice

Abstract

The aim of this work is to evaluate whether the investment in production line reconstruction is for Kovonax s.r.o. efficient or not. The theoretical part of this work is focused on the description of methodology for evaluating the investment efficiency. In the practical part the company Kovonax s.r.o. and the evaluating investment are described, plus the input parameters that are necessary for the evaluation of the project are defined here. The evaluation of investment efficiency itself is done by static and dynamic criteria for two versions of projects. The first version is financed by an investment credit, whereas in the second version the financing comes from own resources. Both results are compared and for the better option the sensitivity analysis is carried out. In the closing part the ascertained facts are summarized and there are also formulated the proposals and recommendations for the company Kovonax s.r.o.
