Studie využití plochy pro lehký průmysl v lokalitě Ostrava - Petřkovice

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of using the specified locality in Ostrava - Petřkovice and in variants to propose an optimal and comprehensive solution of the industrial zone, which will respect the substantial territorial limits. The bachelor thesis is processed in the range of 60 pages. The introductory part is devoted to the theory needed to understand the problem. The general chapters are followed by a comprehensive overview of the current state of the territory and its limiting elements. The core of the bachelor's thesis are three urban designs of the industrial zone. The variants differ mainly in the size of the usable area of ​​the halls and the office building and the transport solution. Based on the overall evaluation, one variant is selected for more detailed completion, which includes architectural and construction solutions for both halls and office buildings, design of technical and transport infrastructure and cost calculation. The developed territorial study proves that the industrial zone, as conceived in this work, is a suitable plan for the defined area and the right step for the economic development not only of the city of Ostrava, but also of its entire region.
