Nakládání s gastroodpadem ve školních zařízeních na Chomutovsku

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze problematic of gastro waste (the waste produced by kitchens and canteens) in school facilities in Chomutov and its surroundings. This thesis shows characteristics of this type of waste in relation to the provision of applicable legislation. Based on the survey is evaluated the volume of production of gastro waste in involved schools, including issues associated with the using of kitchen waste disposers. The thesis also deals with the ways and possibilities of handling and disposal of producing gastrowaste and the most attention is given to the biogas plant in Ahníkov, where is the majority of this gastro waste processed in an anaerobic fermenter to produce biogas and digestate.
