Geometrický plán pre rozdelenie pozemku

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca popisuje meranie a vyhotovenie geometrického plánu pre rozdelenie pozemku v katastrálnom území Svinov. Teoretická časť rozpráva o katastre nehnuteľností, je tu podrobne popísaný geometrický plán, jeho náležitosti a téma, ktorej sa venujem, geometrický plán pre rozdelenie pozemku. Popísané sú aj náležitosti záznamu podrobných meraní zmien. Praktická časť obsahuje samostatný popis merania a následné spracovanie v programoch GEUS a GEOMETR. Výsledkom práce sú náležitosti záznamu podrobného merania zmien v prílohe 3 a vyhotovený geometrický plán v prílohe 1 v tejto bakalárskej práci.

This bachelor thesis describes the measurement and creation of a geometric plan for the dividing of the land in the Cadastre Unit Svinov. The theoretical part talks about the real estate cadastre, there is a detailed description of the geometric plan, its essentials and the topic I am dealing with, the geometric plan for dividing the land. The documentation of detailed survey of change is also described. The practical part contains a separate description of the measurement, subsequent processing in the GEUS and GEOMETR programs. The result of the work is the details of the record of detailed measurement of changes in supplement 3 and the prepared geometric plan in supplement 1 of this bachelor thesis.
