Zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření vybraných domovů pro seniory

Abstract

Cílem práce na téma Zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření vybraných domovů pro seniory je zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření tří domovů pro seniory v Moravskoslezském kraji, a to na základě analýzy údajů z výročních zpráv,výkazu zisků a ztrát a rozvahy. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis zmíněného prostředí, tedy definici sociálních služeb a příspěvkových organizací a jejich hospodaření. Druhá, praktická část, je věnována analýze situace dané oblasti v Moravskoslezském kraji a v prostředí tří konkrétních domovů pro seniory. Jedná se o Domov pod Vinnou horou v Hlučíně, Domovpro seniory Krnov a Domov pro seniory Vrbno. Jednotícím znakem vybraných organizací je zřizovatel - obec. V rámci praktické části práce jsou využity metody analýzy a metoda komparace. V závěru práce jsou jednotlivé poznatky získané z dílčích analýz syntetizovány a jsou z nich vyvozeny závěry. Výstupem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření tří konkrétních domovů pro seniory a návrhy a doporučení pro jeho zlepšení.

The aim of the bachelor thesis on Evaluation of the Activity and Financial Management of Selected Homes for the Elderly is to evaluatethe activities and management of three homes for the elderly in the Moravian-Silesian Region, based on the analysis of the data from annual reports, profit and loss statement and balance sheet. The theoretical part of the thesisis focused on the description of the environment, i.e. the definition of social services and contributory organizations and their management. The second, practical part, analyses the situation in this area in the Moravian - Silesian region andin the environment of three particular homes for the elderly. These are the Domov pod Vinnou horou in Hlučín, the Home for Elderly Krnov and the Home for Elderly Vrbno. The unifying feature of selected organizations is the founder - the municipality. Within the practical part of the work, the methods of analysis and the method of comparison are used. Finally, the individual findings obtained from the partial analyses are synthesized and conclusions are drawn from them. The output of the bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of the management of three specific homes for the elderly and proposals and recommendations for its improvement.
