Analýza doplňování zásob vybraných položek materiálu ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the replenishment of selected material items in the production company Brose CZ spol. s r.o., focusing on the assembly line ESN. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current inventory management system, to identify bottlenecks in the area of storage, production planning and inventory records and to propose specific recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of inventory management, types of inventory, costs associated with holding them and modern methods of demand forecasting and replenishment, including ABC analysis. The practical part of the thesis uses data from SAP and APO information systems, knowledge from professional practice and internal company documentation. The results of the analysis show the shortcomings in the area of insurance stock setting, recall planning and the use of the APO system. Based on the findings, measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of inventory management and minimize costs while maintaining the continuity of the production process.
