Abstract

Capability Analysis of Casings Threading Process Submitted diploma thesis deals with capability analysis of threading process. The goal of the analysis is verification of process in control and pipe threading process capability regarding specific quality parameter of more often produced casing dimensions. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described general procedures of application and process capability evaluation. Afterwards there is presented company ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s. and their production characteristics here, including pipe production process and casing threading process. In the practical part is performed capability analysis of casing threading process and its evaluation regarding basic quality parameter of thread what has greatest influence on functionality of casings connection.
