Zhodnocení materiálových toků v oblasti manipulace a skladování ve výrobě

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení materiálového toku v oblasti manipulace a skladování. První část práce je věnována historii a popisu výrobní společnosti využívající outsourcing v oblasti manipulace a skladování materiálu a hotových výrobků. Dále je uvedena charakteristika základních teoretických pojmů jako logistika, logistický řetězec, logistické činnosti a outsourcing. Analytická část se zabývá popisu jednotlivých logistických činností probíhajících v dané společnosti s důrazem na průběh materiálového a informačního toku při přechodu na automaticky řízený sklad. V poslední části jsou uvedeny stavy před zavedením a po zavedení automatického systému vyskladnění materiálu do předvýroby a výroby a jejich vyhodnocení na základě získaných informací z podnikového informačního systému. Provedením analýzy prostojů pomocí histogramů četností a Paretovy analýzy příčin prostojů jsou zjištěny nedostatky v oblasti sledování prostojů a firmě doporučeny návrhy na odstranění těchto nedostatků.

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the material flow in the area of handling and storage. The first part of the work is devoted to the history and description of the production companies that use outsourcing in the handling and storage of materials and finished products. Furher description is given of basic theoretical concepts such as logistics, logistics chain, logistical operations and outsourcing. The analytical part deals with a description of each logistic activities under way in the company with an emphasis on material flow and the information flow during the transition to the automatically controlled warehouse. In the last section are listed the states before and after the introduction of the automatic system of removal of material to the prefabricaion and production and their evaluation on the basis of the information obtained from the corporate information system. Performing analysis of downtime using histograms and frequency of Pareto analysis of the causes of downtime is detected shortcomings in the field of monitoring of downtime and the recommended proposals aimed at eliminating these shortcomings.
