Dům v pasivním standardu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navržení a posouzení domu v pasivním standardu. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní rodinný dům, navržený jako dřevostavba s pultovou střechou. V této práci se věnujeme dokumentaci o provádění staveb, stavební tepelné technice (tzn. splnění požadavků na energetickou náročnost budovy a splnění porovnávacích ukazatelů), navržení zařízení pro vytápění s využitím alternativních zdrojů energie (tepelné čerpadlo, solární panely), zařízení pro nucené větrání (rekuperace). Návrh zdravotně technické instalace - návrh okruhu TV a ekonomické zhodnocení stavby.

The aim of the thesis is the design and assessment house in passive standard. This is a two-storey house, designed as wooden structure with a shed roof. In this work we document for the implementation of construction, building thermal technology (ie. Fulfilment of the energy demands of the building and meeting the comparative indicators), design equipment for heating with using alternative sources of energy (heating pump, solar panels), equipment for mechanical ventilation (recovery). Design sanitary equipment installation – TV circuit design and economic evaluation of the building.
