Abstract

„Evaluation of Efficiency of a Selected Company“ is the subject of my thesis, that analyzes overall financial situation of a real company. In the first part of my thesis I try to abstract the conception of financial analysis and define its particular methods. In the second part I evaluate financial situation of the Company by using particular methods of financial analysis. The Company has got exceptional position on the Slovak market as the exclusive importer of the specific commodity. Finally I bring some advices and suggestions respecting future expansion and profit of the Company.
