Abstract

Diploma thesis: Implementation of Six Sigma Methodology in a Tyre and Car Service of a Retail Division. I am dealing with iplementation of Six Sigma Methodology in PRO NORTH CZCH, a.s. First charter is about the company PRO NORTH, second charter is about the theory of matematical statistics and Six Sigma Methodology. In third charter is described the industrial process after extending to the retail division. The fourth charter is about implementation. I used the 5step model DMAIC to implement Six Sigma. The firts charter is about contribution and comparison of results, the sixt charter is about propositions of improvements.
