Abstract
The housing development at the given locality in the village of Olšany u Prostějova consists in the optimal design of a sixteen house neighborhood, in the proposal of a frontage road, a utility network and an open green public area with a smaller playground for children. The aim of the project is to develop an ideal living environment directed towards clients who demand housing lots of larger acreage and seek a pleasant feeling of privacy in a quiet part of the village.
